Returns

Merchandise:
All products (Grinders, Brewers, Presses, Drinkware, Gifts) can be returned within 30 days in the product's original packaging for a full refund (less shipping).

Coffee:
Is not eligible for a refund, however if there is a problem with your order we will gladly exchange it for the same bean.

This coffee maker is a beautiful extension of the classic CHAMBORD line of products with their typical bakelite handles. The borosilicate double wall glass of the CHAMBORD coffee maker is encased in stainless steel, protecting the glass beautifully. It also makes the CHAMBORD completely spill-proof and safe, in case it gets knocked over. The silicone gasket connecting the lid and the glass adds to the insulating effect of the double wall glass helping maintain the heat of the coffee even longer. The simple push of a lever lets the coffee flow into the cup – all easily manageable with one hand.
