Returns

Merchandise:
All products (Grinders, Brewers, Presses, Drinkware, Gifts) can be returned within 30 days in the product's original packaging for a full refund (less shipping).

Coffee:
Is not eligible for a refund, however if there is a problem with your order we will gladly exchange it for the same bean.
