The Farm Story

Clifton Mount Estate sits 1,200 to 1400 meters above sea level in Jamaica’s Blue Mountains, nestled in a forest that overlooks the Yallahs Valley below. It’s here that the Sharp family grows some of the Caribbean’s finest coffee, one of the last of the Jamaican Great Houses. Founded in 1770, the plantation has a long and rich history of producing top-caliber beans raised in the shade of the farm’s fragrant juniper trees.
The result of Sharp’s dedication is an unmistakably Jamaican coffee that blends bright acidity with a butter-soft body. Aromas of almond and praline come first, followed by dark chocolate, and energetic lemon zest.
