The Farm Story
Our Jamaica Blue Mountian, produced by a legendary family-owned farm with over 200 years of experience, is coffee at its peak.
Clifton Mount Estate sits 1,200 to 1400 meters above sea level in Jamaica’s Blue Mountains, nestled in a forest that overlooks the Yallahs Valley below. It’s here that the Sharp family grows some of the Caribbean’s most excellent coffee, one of the last of the Great Jamaican Houses. The plantation, founded in 1770, has a long rich history of producing top-caliber beans raised in the shade of the farm's fragrant juniper trees.
The result of Sharp’s dedication is an unmistakably Jamaican coffee that blends bright acidity with a butter-soft body. Aromas of almond and praline come first, followed by dark chocolate, and energetic lemon zest.
