The iconic Espresso Martini cocktail calls for a bright and aromatic core coffee with dashing fizzy brightness to add depth while maintaining a rich, creamy indulging texture. We chose the unmatched, aromatic Ethiopian, signing the drink with its dashing bergamot high note and wild berries. We added the Guatemalan to bring body and a creamy texture and underline the finish with its intensely chocolaty character. When mixed with Vodka, the espresso maintains the fruity notes of the Ethiopian bean, with the Guatemalan bringing in a caramel savory sweetness.
